:D im back frm church camp! got lots of things to say... so pls bear wif me. i will try 2 summarize to make it easier and shorter lor...

well me, sister and dad + 1 more church fren left church on sunday afternoon to drive to malaysia, port dickson.. we left 1 day earlier cuz my dad was part of the advanced party and the other church fren had 2 set up the PA system the nxt day. so we left at about 4, and reached the hotel at about 9 at nite.

so when we reach there.. it was late but the other ppl in the advance party havent eaten dinner... and i was hungry.. so we all went for late dinner at a very nearby restaurant. we had a good dinner... had crab and prawns... and noodles. it was good la. then it was lyk almost 12 liao.. so my dad tell us 2 go sleep cuz the nxt few days sure wont sleep alot 1.

so the 2nd day monday... the morning was spent preparing the seats, PA system, the laptop powerpoint slides... then about afternoon... 2pm lyk that, the buses started arriving liao. so alot of ppl le! first day was spent in my parents room but that day onwards i shifted 2 my frens room and my other fren oso shifted. so in total got 5 ppl in that room LOL. but it wasn't squeezy.

first theme talk was at nite that day by dr richard blackaby. and his method of speaking is by using life stories. after the talk was group discussions... then it ended at nite so we went back 2 the room. since i brought my macbk there, we plyed dota and psp throughout the nite untill about 2.45am then we watched euro08! woot! holland vs italy, and holland totally trashed italy lol. 3-0.

the match ended at 5am and then we slept. woke up at 8.15... and the promgramme that day starts at 8.30. so we skip breakfast and quicly change/brush teeth... no time for breakfast and we chiong for the 2nd theme talk, followed by group discussion... it always comes together. during group discussion... we talk about our gorup mascot and flag. and sadly, i become the mascot... and my costume was supposed 2 b a really large brain O.o

the theme for the mascot was olympic 3000. then my asst group leader say that in year 3000.. the environment very crappy.. and the limbs become lyk shyt... only left the brain... so its lyk a brain game =.=... so we made this brain lor. made frm a group member's cowboy hat, cushion and pillow casing. covered wif alot of aluminum foil =.= i took a picture of it but pics will b at the end on the post :D so wif the hat completed, it was stored at the asst group ldr's room untill thursday...

then had lunch and supposed 2 hav workshop but since our pastor fell and injured himself the day b4 the camp started, it was cancel and replaced by group discussion again. this time we talked about our group flag and this human portrait thingy and our groups theme was gentleness so we planned 2 hav sheeps and a shepard lol... then the 1.5h discussions finally ended and then it was group games.

its jus a couple of stations then u go ply the game n learn something frm the game about christianity... it was untill 6... then it was wash up cuz we were sweaty... then dinner. followed by another theme talk and then 30mins group discussions. then back to the room! again, we plyed dota and psp untill 2.45 then watched euro08 hehe... but this time, we set alarm at 7am. so we woke up early! yay.

3rd day was almost the same. but instead of group games, it was sports. we plyed soccer... and i was the only sec1 there... got other sec2/sec4/ adults... so it was sec4+1+ 1 adult vs sec2 and 1 young adult. plyed for 1.5h and eventually won 3-1.. i didn't score la... but had many chances. and it was on lyk those road surfaces... and it was slippery.

that day we had the workshop... and CG time. during CG time, the adults had their CG la.. but the youths watched a show about this missionary person called Jim Elliot. he wanted 2 share the gospel wif this tribe called waodoni in ecuador... but he ended up getting speared 2 death along wif 4 other frens. his son later went back 2 the tribe and helped them adapt 2 modernised living. it was a good show... yea and after that was back 2 room liao.

we did the usual stuff... dota/psp/euro08. then it was the 4th day, thursday. morning had the 2nd last theme talk. then group duisscusion, lunch and then workshops. after workshops was this game called aqua soccer. quite cool.. it was this float of a soccer field but smaller. it was filled wif alittle water so then we plyed soccer. it was quite stupid la... cuz the ball was floating... so it was hard 2 kick and its lyk kampung soccer.. every1 chasing the ball. and always falling down on rocks or stepping on acorns... so my feet was dam pain after that.

then had this special dinner. it was a big spread. from satay to potato balls to squid to the normal... rice/chicken. and since its in malaysia, there was no pork lol. then came olympics 3000. i had 2 dress up in that brain thingy... and felt quite stupid. it was biiiig. haha... so we had 1.5h of fun during the olympic 3000 altho i looked stupid. the mascots oso had 2 games. first was marshmallow stuffing. and i only stuffed 4 marshmallows =.=... how sad. i think the winner stuffed lyk 8. :O got they were lyk adults lor.. 2nd game was dancing king/queen... blindfold yrselves and dance lyk crazy according 2 the song's tempo. haha.... very dumb man...

then came the last theme talk of the camp. the theme talks were good... by dr richard blackaby and his son, michael blackaby. the son was only lyk 23 and his already a speaker. then we all prayed... gave thanks to god for the awesome camp... which i had lots of fun... and then we went 2 sleep... then comes a stupid part...

elliot invited us over to his room to ply psp. so we 5 went over wif the laptop oso but his laptop lags when he plys dota so we didn't ply. we transfered we08 over and then challenged each other. it was lyk midnite liao so kah chon wanted 2 go sleep... gideon followed him to open/close the door and put our room key nxt to elliot's room key. joshua ong, elliots roommate, took a key which was actually ours. becuz they were side by side... so when at about 1am... we wanted 2 go back to our room.

then we realized tat our key was missing... and we thot kah chon took it. zzz so we rang the room doorbell afew million times but he was asleep =.= so the door didn't open. then about 1.45am, i was waiting outside the room and joshua ong suddenly walked pass so i told him wad happened. and he took out a key and tried 2 open his door then he was lyk "shyt... wrong key" then i was lyk "our room key!" yea... so i got back the room key lyk that lor LOL. wasted lyk 45mins lor.... sigh. then we stayed up the whole nite.. psp/dota/euro08. but that match was quite stupid la. poland vs austria. both lousy teams =.=...

then the nxt morning... had worship in the morning then camp photo taking lol... then we checked out liao. we departed the hotel at around 1pm... and drove frm port dickson to singapore. the journey took 5h. but we stopped at this bridge/shopping centre so buy my soccer boots. but sadly, they dun hav mercury vapour... so i chose the r10 tiempo. but i was lyk quite reluctant lor... in the end i gav up the chance to buy the r10 tiempo cuz i wanted vapour. i only bought soccer socks and my sis bought a nike bag and sports shoe. so im still looking for mercury vapour.. red colour

at around 7pm we finally reached singapore lor... so i plyed 1 dota match... 1vs3 ai+ insane. i won. used axe and had lyk 3heart, 2 vanguard and 1 thingy that gives 2.2 critical lol... then went 2 sleep and now i hav finally finished writing this post. so long. and now for photos. :D its quite sucky cuz i took it wif my fone.. 2mega pixal nia.




this is the messy table in our messy room... can c that got alot of wires/bubble gum/fones/psp around...xD but we cleared it up on the last day.



the messy shoes on the floor... got shoes all around. the orange slippers and brown wif green laces converse shoe are mine. the rest r my roommates.



lol. the newspapers tat were free. everyday got 1 so we jus dump it there after reading the sports section.



thats the brain for my olympics 3000. our group was group14... so thats y got the 0014... lyk those marathon runners got this number tag. and yea. its largeeee



our room number. 1312, the messiest room i think. and it stinks lol.



our rubbish bin. O.o full of cup noodles/milo packets/bubble gum. haha... we ready ate alot of cup noodles xD...
